When what you do when you are actually shooting is in the Automaticity part of the brain, you will be able to concentrate on the really important things that are in your control…Heart rate too fast then deep breathing to slow it down…. Adrenaline spike then slow exhale through tighter lips….DHEA hormone release by turning every thing into positive reaction or a learning opportunity which in turn reduces CORTISOL which clouds your thinking and reactions …. The pace between pairs or between the stations must be steady and in your control.  If  you are not aware you will speed up between the pairs and between the stations and if you loose it there then there is where you will learn to control it!  Slow steady pace….
