Went to range Thursday night and shot 3 boxes and missed easy shots but stuck with the program and did no get emotionally involved. Went back to range Saturday and shot 7 boxes and it all came back. Had a couple of hick-ups but all in all really felt in control of the targets?  Just had a little problem with a long slow curler l to r and was not giving it enough lead but was in the beginning of the session! To shoot singles and make myself do it correctly advancing my ability to replicate and be clear to the brain what the pattern is I want it to use is deliberate practice. The more similar all moves are the easier it is for the brain to track and replicate. At the end of the day there are really only about 3-4 different moves and all else is a modification of those 3-4 basic moves. To hone those moves to become more perfect and to emphasize not as much hitting the target but hitting it hard correctly is the goal and the better you get at it the more to the edges of your ability you can go. Keep moving the break Point till you feel the fear and then train it into your comfort zone !!!!!
