TRAIN YOUR BRAIN TO SEE THE TARGET BEHIND THE BARREL Correctly

The eyes don’t see. The brain does. And the eyes do not work like a camera. Everything in shotgun shooting happens in your periphery, while the target must stay in your central vision. If you’re aware of the gun, you’re already late. That visual relationship is not natural. It has to be learned. PREDICT what the shot will look like before you call pull!

The OSP Game Changer Clip is designed to teach it clearly, safely, and fast.

Why It Works

All skill is based on prior knowledge. When you mount the gun with the OSP Game Changer Clip, you are teaching your brain:

What the correct sight picture actually looks like

Learn to see the bird behind where the barrel is pointed

How you want visual information interpreted

The MiniMag Flashlight and the Laser Pointer are sold separately. Our Recommendations:

What is it?

The OSP Game Changer Clip is a simple clip system that mounts to an AA MiniMag flashlight and holds a laser that can be pointed just to the left or right of the barrel. It is designed to be used with the OSP Flashlight Drill

No live fire

No recoil

No guessing

How to use it

Use a skeet choke

Install a skeet choke in the top barrel of your UNLOADED over and under or the single barrel of your UNLOADED semi-auto or pump shotgun.

Fitting the mag light

Apply blue painters tape to the side of the mag light to insure a snug fit in your skeet choke so it stays in place during the drills.  Place the clip just below the head of the mag light

Adjust the Mag Light

Adjust the mag light to its smallest beam and insert the laser into the wings of the clip so that it is pointing just to the left or right of the light beam.

The laser is now the target

When doing the flashlight drill with the laser, the laser becomes the target.  The laser to the left of the beam simulates a left to right target and laser to the right of the beam simulates a right to left target.

Do the OSP Flashlight Drill

Keep both eyes on the laser when doing the drill.  You will begin to see the laser to the left of the barrel or the right of the barrel which is what it looks like to focus on the  target and have the barrel in front of the target.

Building “Sight Picture Inventory”

Doing the drill with your focus on the laser puts the barrel in your periphery with your primary focus on the laser (target).  Repeating this drill you will be clear to your brain how you want it to perceive the sequences from your retina and in turn will begin to see the target behind where the barrel is pointing!

Frequently Asked Questions

Where do i point the Lazer? What should I look at?

The laser should be pointed directly to the left of the white light beam at 9 o’clock to the beam and to the right at 3 o’clock. Do not keep checking the bead or looking at the barrel because that will train your eyes to look at the barrel to make sure the lead is correct. This causes the gun to stop swinging. It is ok to be aware of the muzzle but it should be a fizzy blurred visual image. To always see the target behind the barrel is optimal and pushing the brain to accept the barrel without looking at it is the objective.
