Performance Anxiety

As the different state shoots are coming up and then Nationals in October, there seems to be some performance anxiety raising its ugly head. You can’t let that control what you do. Do the Drill!

I know we have talked and talked about everyone doing the flashlight drill and the 3 bullet drill and I have a hard time figuring out why no one will do these 2 drills. They cost nothing other than a $10.00 mini-mag light and you can do it in the comfort of your own home. It's been an exciting number of very busy weeks for us. Traveling from HOT South Carolina to the bay for a few days over July 4 to cool Montana for a welcome change from the oppressive heat in Houston.  We meet a lot of great folks and as usual learned quite a bit. Travelling this Month

Sent Brian and Gil to Iowa to teach coaches and kids of Larry Gay’s SCTP team and I went to Oregon to babysit our granddaughter Avery.  What a busy week with a 7 year old.  She had every minute planned with fun things—including eating sushi at least 1 time for her and cooked food for me.  Gil and Brian returned on Monday and then Gil was able to go to the bay house and do a little fishing before I got home lat...
