Training Your Competition Circuit

Your determination to do the same thing the same way every time you step into the stand, regardless of the situation, is the first step to training the competition circuit in the brain.

What we are now understanding is that shooters shoot to have fun and enjoy the relaxation and camaraderie that comes from being successful when they shoot. And when they go to a shoot, they try to shoot well.

This leads to overtrying and thinking, and those two things don’t lead to top-level performances.
