Does your practice do these things?
- Push you out of your comfort zone?
Constantly be improving and nit-picking your move in practice. On game day use what you got in the shape it’s in.
- Give you immediate feedback?
It either came together the way you wanted it or not.
- Develop the skills that will enable top performances?
Everything you do on game day must be a habit, and habits are developed through stubborn training practice. If not, then you are not practicing deliberately!
