More Consistency with Less Practice
The OSP system of shooting allows for better, more consistent performances with less and less practice once you’ve mastered the fundamentals of setup and movement and have a defined, comfortable amount of muzzle awareness.
This is best done through deliberate practice with a detailed movie of where and how you want the target broken. This builds long-term memory which turns into skill. And this is really what you trust when shooting.
The most wasted part of practicing is not running a post-shot routine of the shot you just took. When you visualize what just happened, it’s like each shot you take in practice is done twice and makes it easier to visualize the shot coming together on all shots.
