Payment Policy
Lessons
Lesson reservations require a valid credit or debit card on file.
Students may pay by cash or check at the lesson, otherwise the card on file will be charged.
Please arrive at the field 15 minutes prior to your scheduled lesson time. You will be billed for the scheduled lesson time even if you start late.
Clinics
Clinic reservations require a valid credit or debit card on file.
Reservations are not confirmed if the student prefers to pay by check until the deposit check is received at OSP.
Deposits are due a minimum of 30 days in advance OR when the clinic is fully booked.
Students are notified the day before deposit charges are processed.
The balance is due a minimum of 48 hours prior to the clinic. Students are notified the day before the charge is processed.
Those students who prefer to pay by check can mail the check to OSP or present the check to the instructor upon arrival.
Cash is also accepted upon arrival at the clinic.
Cancellation Policy

Lesson reservations canceled less than 48 hours in advance of the lesson will be billed in full.
Clinics
Clinic deposits are non-refundable.
Deposits are processed 30 days before the clinic date or when all spots are reserved, whichever comes first.
OSP keeps a waitlist for fully booked clinics; if the spot can be filled with a waitlist student, your deposit will remain on your account for one year and can be used towards another clinic, lessons, Knowledge Vault membership, teleconsultations, and/or OSP merchandise.
