The Brain Can Anticipate Farther and Farther

When performing a skill at higher and higher levels, the brain can anticipate farther and farther out in front of where you are. You actually know more but are focusing on fewer and fewer things.

Your mind is quiet because you are using both sides of the brain and things just seem to flow.

So, not thinking is a result, rather than something you can consciously do. Not thinking, just like confidence and consistency, is not something you can practice. They are the residues of practice.

All three are a result of doing something else, not something that you actually tell yourself to do.
