You Can’t Be Two Places at Once

On a recent Coaching Hour, our friend Dean Troutte said the following:

“You are either in the cage thinking about what you are doing with the gun or you are downrange with the targets. You can’t be in two places at once.

Where you are is your decision. So you have got to have everything you do in the stand trained so well that it happens the exact same way every time without you thinking about it!

Then you can be downrange with the targets and it becomes so much easier to visualize what you are about to do!”
